Better day today. I'm starting to feel more like "myself", with a tad bit more energy than I've had in a while. Yesterday was not a good day at all. I felt like my guts went two rounds with a heavyweight boxer, and yeah, he won.............big time! Then I had a squabble with my "caregiver" in the evening. Glad that's over with. It's such a gorgeous day out today, in the mid 70's, that I was able to enjoy being outside in my gardens for awhile. Nice. It really lifted my spirits to be outside on such a splendid day, with the sky a caribbean blue, dotted with whispy white clouds. Life is good.
